As the proud owner of Benjamin Moore Canmore and the newly rebranded Design Loft, Demelza is passionate about creating a space dedicated to beautiful, functional window coverings. For more than 20 years, our team has served the Bow Valley—transforming everything from cozy family homes to large-scale commercial projects. What she enjoys most is helping clients discover window coverings that reflect their style while making their spaces feel warm, comfortable, and truly personal.
When she’s not in the showroom, you’ll usually find Demelza hiking the local trails with her two pups or visiting her kids at university.

With over a decade of experience at Benjamin Moore Canmore, Lola is an expert in window coverings and a cornerstone of our team. Her extensive product knowledge and thoughtful guidance ensure every project is seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Clients appreciate her reliability, warmth, and ability to find solutions that perfectly fit their homes.
Outside of work, Lola loves time with her family—especially creating lasting memories with her young daughter, whether that’s enjoying the outdoors or cherishing everyday moments together

Gaz first joined Design Loft Canmore to cover a maternity leave, but his role has since grown alongside the store’s expansion. From managing installations to coordinating social media, he brings versatility and enthusiasm to the team. With a background in hospitality management, Gaz is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every client feels valued.
When he’s not in the showroom, you’ll find him out in the mountains—running trails, cycling backroads, or snowboarding fresh powder.
