As the proud owner of Benjamin Moore Canmore and the newly rebranded Design Loft, Demelza is passionate about creating a space dedicated to beautiful, functional window coverings. For more than 20 years, our team has served the Bow Valley—transforming everything from cozy family homes to large-scale commercial projects. What she enjoys most is helping clients discover window coverings that reflect their style while making their spaces feel warm, comfortable, and truly personal.
When she’s not in the showroom, you’ll usually find Demelza hiking the local trails with her two pups or visiting her kids at university.

With over a decade of experience at Benjamin Moore Canmore, Lola brings extensive expertise in window coverings and a passion for helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces. Her thoughtful guidance, attention to detail, and exceptional product knowledge ensure every project is a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Lola loves spending time with her family, especially making memories with her young daughter. Whether they're enjoying the outdoors or simply cherishing everyday moments together, family time is what she values most.

Client & Design Coordinator

Shay recently joined the team at Design Loft Canmore and brings with her a background in interior decorating and custom furniture. This gives her a keen eye for creating beautiful, functional spaces. She is passionate about helping clients bring their design visions to life and is committed to providing exceptional customer service, making every project an enjoyable experience.
Outside of work, Shay loves spending time with her husband and their son. Whether they're exploring the outdoors, off-roading, hiking mountain trails, or camping under the stars. She enjoys making the most of everything the Canadian Rockies have to offer.
